SOC 1017 - HONORS: INTRODUCTORY SOCIOLOGY

This course allows Honors students the opportunity for an in-depth exploration of the discipline of sociology. Focusing on the critical analysis of issues concerning the interplay of personal identities, social structure, culture, power, the course emphasizes real-world applications of core sociological concepts to understanding contemporary social issues.
