SOC 6300 - RACE, GENDER, CLASS AND THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM 3 Credit Hour(s) This course is designed to focus on developing the conceptual and analytical tools necessary to understand how race, gender and class shape human behavior. Special emphasis will be placed on how humans interact with and shape the operation of social and institutional settings based on their perceptions of race, gender and social class.
