ENGL 5750 - INTRODUCTION TO CONTEMPORARY CRITICISM (Contemporary Criticism) 3 Credit Hour(s) Preparation for advanced study in English, including bibliographic and critical skills. Instruction in bibliography centers on basic literary research resources and methods, and instruction in literary criticism centers on contemporary theoretical methods. Successful completion of the course will give students preliminary grounding in the theoretical discourse and research methods for the field of literary studies.
