MGMT 4570 - THE ART AND SCIENCE OF NEGOTIATION

This course is an introduction to the art and science of negotiation. Students will learn about the nature of negotiation and gain skills that will help them secure agreements in a variety of contexts. The course is designed to be largely experiential, providing students with the opportunity to develop and practice their negotiation skills by participating in role play exercises. This experiential component enables students to integrate their experiences with the principles presented in the assigned readings and course discussions.
