ACCT 4420 - ADVANCED TAX ACCOUNTING

Louisiana Common Course Number: CACC 3223 Tax II (Upper Level)

A course in the federal income taxation of taxpayers other than individuals. Coverage will primarily focus on the federal tax law as it relates to corporations, shareholders, partnerships, and partners. Additional work will be required for ACCT 5420 credit.

Prerequisite(s): “C” or better in ACCT 3410  and Senior standing
