NUTR 4250 - NUTRITION PRESENTATIONS AND DEMONSTRATIONS

[FCS]. A study of organization, development, delivery, and evaluation of effective presentations and demonstrations in the field of nutrition. Food safety practices, basic cooking techniques, terms, and utensils will be addressed. Five hours of laboratory each week.

Prerequisite(s): COMM 2100  or COMM 2110 , and NUTR 2510  or NUTR 3420  
Laboratory Fee: A laboratory fee is required for this course.
