EDCI 3120 - PRACTICE IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION (PRE-KINDERGARTEN AND KINDERGARTEN)

3 Credit Hour(s)
[ECE 312] This course provides advanced practice that includes observation, participation, and teaching in the early childhood setting (specifically Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten). Emphasis is on program and curriculum planning including assessment for children in early childhood education.

Prerequisite(s): Admission to Teacher Candidacy, EDCI 2450   and EDCI 2500  
Concurrent Enrollment: Must be taken concurrently with EDCI 3000   and EDCI 3110  
Offered: Fall, Spring
Course Component: Clinical
Notes: Competency-based clinical practice required.
