NURS 6820 - ADVANCED PRACTICE NURSING: FAMILY HEALTH I

5 Credit Hour(s)
Course is designed to develop the role and competencies for primary care family nurse practitioners. Clinical experiences will focus on the care of individuals and families in the pediatrics and child-bearing women populations. Three didactic hours and 200 practicum hours per semester.

Prerequisite(s): NURS 6000  or NURS 8000  or NURS 8300 ;and NURS 6020 , NURS 6050 , NURS 6070 , NURS 6170 , and NURS 6180  
Laboratory Fee: A laboratory fee is required for this course.
