MGMT 4730 - ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR AND APPLIED LEADERSHIP

Louisiana Common Course Number: CMGM 4103, Organizational Behavior (Upper Level)

A study of the various methods of motivating employees and handling a multitude of human problems involved in local, national and international business. Particular emphasis will be placed on the application of leadership theories and concepts within organizations. The student will actively participate in role-playing situations and will study actual companies in the southeast Louisiana area.
