ACCT 3910 - ACCOUNTING INTERNSHIP

Provides training and experience through an assignment with a cooperative CPA firm, company, or government agency selected or approved by the Accounting Internship Coordinator. Students will earn three semester hours credit for their 300 hours of approved work experience. Accounting Internship is an accounting elective and will receive a grade of Pass or Fail only.

Prerequisite(s): “C” or better in ACCT 3120 or permission of the department head.
Grading Basis: This course will be graded pass/fail.

Notes: ACCT 3910 Accounting Internship is an accounting elective that counts toward the Bachelor of Science in Accounting. To receive additional credit for internship experiences, students may take ACCT 3930, a course that does not count toward the accounting degree.
