MGMT 3210 - FAMILY BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

This course explores the unique challenges and dynamics with the family-owned and managed enterprise. Topics include challenges and opportunities for family businesses, the dynamics of family interactions within the family business culture, conflict resolution between family members, building relationships with non-family managers, stages of family business growth, strategic planning in the family business, and succession planning.
