NUTR 4250 - NUTRITION PRESENTATIONS AND DEMONSTRATIONS

[FCS]. A study of organization, development, delivery, and evaluation of effective presentations and demonstrations in the field of nutrition. Students will be required to demonstrate basic skills in nutrition education and promotion through field experiences and demonstrations.

Prerequisite(s): COMM 2100  or COMM 2110 ; and NUTR 2510  or NUTR 3420 ; and NUTR 2530 ; or permission of department head.
Restrictions: HDFS majors only.
