NUTR 4250 - NUTRITION PRESENTATIONS AND DEMONSTRATIONS 3 Credit Hour(s) [FCS]. A study of organization, development, delivery, and evaluation of effective presentations and demonstrations in the field of nutrition. Food safety practices, basic cooking techniques, terms, and utensils will be addressed. Five hours of laboratory each week.
