SPMT 4060 - SPORT PROMOTION AND FUNDRAISING 3 Credit Hour(s) This course is designed to study the areas of marketing, promotion, and fundraising within the context of interscholastic, intercollegiate, amateur, and professional sports. The course will include a general introduction to the history of sport marketing, promotions in the sport industry, sponsorships, trends, event management, booster clubs, and fundraising. Field-based practicum hours are included.
Prerequisite(s): MRKT 3030 and Junior standing, or permission of department head Offered: Spring
