Louisiana Common Course Number: CFIN 3113, Principles of Business Finance (Upper Level)

A study of organization of business firms, financial planning, funds from operation, short and intermediate loan capital, owners’ equity, long-term debt, and business promotion and expansion.

Prerequisite(s): Junior standing (sophomore standing for Finance or Accounting majors), and ACCT 2000  or permission of the department head
Laboratory Fee: A laboratory fee is required for this course.
