ET 3530 - TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT

3 Credit Hour(s)
This course provides students with an understanding of managing a total quality environment to improve quality, reduce costs and improve productivity. Emphasis is placed on the management, creation, organization, and evaluation of quality systems necessary to assure organizational and functional compliance with stated quality system requirements of national and international standards.
