CLAB 2830 - SURVEY OF BIOCHEMISTRY LABORATORY

1 Credit Hour(s)
A one-semester laboratory to accompany CHEM 2810  covering such topics as biochemical techniques; buffering capacity; amino acid titrations; detection of proteins, carbohydrates and lipids; enzyme kinetics and inhibition; gene expression and metabolism. This course may not be used for a major or minor in chemistry. Two hours of laboratory per week.

Prerequisite(s): CLAB 2630  and registration in or prior credit for CHEM 2810  
Laboratory Fee: A laboratory fee is required for this course.
