Quality management (QM) is a comprehensive approach for leading and operating an organization, aimed at continually improving performance over the long term by focusing on customers while addressing the needs of all stakeholders. The course focuses on various QM frameworks, concepts, and quality improvement tools, including, TQM, Six Sigma, Lean and Lean Six Sigma, etc. that are necessary for implementing the quality culture that characterizes world-class organizations of the 21st century.
