EDL 8420 - CULTURE, CLIMATE AND CHANGE LEADERSHIP

3 Credit Hour(s)
This course is designed to explore the concepts of continuously developing new knowledge about what is needed to initiate and sustain deep systemic changes in K-12 public education for improved learning for all students. It also examines sponsoring programs that strengthen the capacities of educational and change agents to implement systemic change and disseminate key concepts and ideas to diverse learning communities.
