EDL 8410 - ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR LEARNING COMMUNITIES

This course is designed to focus on schools as learning communities, theories of leadership and organizational development, and strategies for creating communities of continuous learning. The course addresses current research on professional learning communities, collective responsibility, and teacher collaboration.
