SOC 6020 - SOCIAL STRATIFICATION AND STRUCTURED INEQUALITY 3 Credit Hour(s) Examines systems of stratification and the forms, causes, and consequences of structured inequality in the United States and globally. The distribution of economic, political, and social resources in society; the processes of class formation; status differentials based on race, gender and other dimensions analyzed. Strategies for addressing these inequalities are explored.
