Accounting Minor

A minor represents an optional, secondary field of study for an undergraduate student; therefore, no student may declare a major and a minor in the same discipline.

A minor in Accounting will be given upon the satisfactory completion of eighteen hours of coursework in Accounting to include at least 9 hours at the 3000/4000 level.

Students minoring in Accounting must obtain the approval of the Department Head. All rules discussed in the “Selection and Retention Policies” section apply to all students including minors in Accounting.
