EDES 4410 - PRACTICUM IN ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION OF INDIVIDUALS WITH EXCEPTIONALITIES 3 Credit Hour(s) [SPED 441] Supervised practice in administering and interpreting standardized and informal tests. Focus on use of developmentally based evaluation procedures as well as measurement and evaluation in the modern school program. Emphasis is placed on the diagnosis of learners’ needs in reading, written expression, and math and prescription of appropriate activities for advancement. Knowledge of and skills for teaching and assessing reading are featured.
Prerequisite(s): EDES 3650 , EDES 3660 , EDES 3670 , and EDES 3680 Concurrent Enrollment: Must be taken concurrently with EDES 4650 Offered: Spring
