ART 3610 - DESIGN STUDIO III 3 Credit Hour(s) This course provides advanced methodologies in graphic design applications with an emphasis on emerging technologies, media languages, and a contemporary understanding of typography and visual systems. Coursework will prepare students to develop complex problem-solving skills through critical and imaginative thinking, group collaboration and concept development. Topics may include user interface solutions, sustainable and socially responsible design or other contemporary design applications and theories. Six hours of studio a week.
Prerequisite(s): ART 2610 and ART 2990 or permission of department head Laboratory Fee: A laboratory fee is required for this course. Offered: Fall, Spring
